In addition to this, CWA now gives you more control over your account, allowing you to:

  • Update your mobile number and e-mail address
  • Manage your subscriptions to our newsletters and other regular communications
  • Submit votes for AGMs (Execution-Only and Advisory accounts only)

Please note that you must have authority or consent in place to view accounts that are not in your name or are held with an external provider eg. SIPPs.

Technical Queries

Is your website secure?

view

Our website is password protected, and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is used to encrypt traffic between your browser and our servers. SSL is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client, typically web server (website) and a browser; or a mail server and a mail client (eg. Outlook).

SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely.

Is the CWA website compatible with all internet browsers?

view

We aim to maintain compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome or Opera. All of these web browsers are available for free from their respective publishers. We try to support older browsers, but if you are having problems then we ask that you first update your browser to a more modern version. Choosing a modern browser is highly recommended - they are faster, more secure and free. Our recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

It is also advisable to ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed to enable you to view or download your documents.
