What is CWA?
CWA provides you with the ability to view valuations, trade history and balances, securely online. You can also view all your accounts in one place,
as well as those of family members (where they have given consent).
In addition to this, CWA now gives you more control over your account, allowing you to:
- Update your mobile number and e-mail address
- Manage your subscriptions to our newsletters and other regular communications
How do I make a request for a CWA user account?
Please visit www.redmayne.co.uk/access and complete the registration form.
What happens once I’ve made a request?
Our CWA Team will verify the details you have provided against your existing account, so it is important that you supply the same details that we currently hold.
Subject to your information being correct, you will receive your User ID and Password, by e-mail and post respectively, in the next two to three working days.
I have an account but can’t remember my password and/or username.

button and follow the security steps to have a new temporary password sent to you by e-mail.
Please note that you must have supplied the answer to at least one security question in the relevant section of the ‘Preferences’ page within CWA site to be able to use this function.

if you already have login details set up, e-mail us at cwa@redmayne.co.uk to request the grouping or contact your usual Redmayne Bentley branch.
Please note that you must have authority or consent in place to view accounts that are not in your name or are held with an external provider eg. SIPPs.
What should I do if I change my e-mail address?
When logged in, visit the ‘Preferences’ page. Go to the ‘Contact Details’ section and make the necessary amendment. Alternatively,

Technical Queries
Is your website secure?
Our website is password protected, and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is used to encrypt traffic between your browser and our servers.
SSL is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client, typically web server (website) and a browser;
or a mail server and a mail client (eg. Outlook).
SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely.
Is the CWA website compatible with all internet browsers?
We aim to maintain compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome or Opera.
All of these web browsers are available for free from their respective publishers. We try to support older browsers, but if you are having problems then we ask
that you first update your browser to a more modern version. Choosing a modern browser is highly recommended - they are faster, more secure and free.
Our recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
It is also advisable to ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed to enable you to view or download your documents.
When I enter my Username/User ID, I start typing and it appears automatically, how do I stop this?

To turn this off, you will need to go to your browser settings and change the 'Auto-Fill' settings. Due to the difference in how this works in different browsers,
we cannot advise how to alter these settings.
